"16 Buffalo Afternoon" came to me very quickly one rainy Seattle day as I was reflecting back on a day trip I took with my friend, Mark to Oklahoma's Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. We watched the buffalo having their dinner right next to the road late one hot afternoon.
